On The Pipe Co wasn’t born in a boardroom — it started at the kitchen counter. One night, Troy and a buddy were goofing around, talking dirt bikes and throwing out ideas when the slogan came out mid-laugh. It stuck. Not long after, the name On The Pipe Co followed.
We printed a handful of shirts for friends and family just for fun. But the feedback was immediate — “Where’d you get that?” “That’s so rad!” — and the idea grew legs. We prayed on it, talked it through, and decided to team up 50/50 — a mom and son chasing a dream and doing it with purpose.
Troy’s the one behind the throttle — riding dirt bikes, building and driving derby cars, and always chasing the next adventure. He’s a big brother to Kennan (12), who’s into sports and ski racing, and Jase (7), who’s already racing dirt bikes, skiing, and loving life at his outdoor school. Most importantly, Troy’s grounded in his faith and leads with heart.
Leeann is the glue and the go-getter — a competitive, faith-filled mom who grew up ski racing and lives to encourage others. She’s a wife, sister, aunt, and real estate agent who somehow manages to juggle family, business, and now, a brand. Supporting her kids and community is at the core of everything she does.

We’re proudly faith-based and believe in building more than just a brand — we’re building connection. As much as possible, we use local resources, work with small businesses, and pour back into the community that raised us. We believe in quality, in grit, and in doing things the right way — even when it’s the harder way.

Meet troy
The heart behind On The Pipe Co
Troy’s the guy behind the throttle — literally. From the time he could walk, he was tearing it up on dirt bikes, and that love for speed and grit has only grown. Whether he's building and driving derby cars, wrenching in the garage, or lining up at the track, Troy is all in.
But it’s not just about motors and mud — Troy’s also got a huge heart for Jesus, his family, and living life with purpose. He’s the oldest of three, leading the way for his younger siblings. Kennan, 12, is the all-around athlete — from sports to ski racing, the kid does it all. And then there’s Jase, 7, already following in big bro’s tracks, racing dirt bikes, shredding the slopes, and learning through adventure at an outdoor school.
Troy brings the soul and the speed to On The Pipe Co — repping the lifestyle, the values, and the community this brand is all about.
Meet leeann
The backbone of On The Pipe Co
Leeann is the mom, the motivator, and the one who keeps things rolling behind the scenes. A former ski racer and lifelong competitor, she’s always had a fire for sports, the outdoors, and raising kids to chase their passions with everything they’ve got. Whether it's cheering on her kids at the track, the slopes, or the field, she shows up — and she shows them how to show up for life.
She's a wife, sister, aunt, and a powerhouse real estate agent who knows how to juggle business, family, and building a brand. Leeann brings the heart and hustle to On The Pipe Co, making sure it stays rooted in faith, family, and the freedom to live life full throttle.
She’s all about encouraging others — especially her kids — to go after their dreams, get outside, and never settle. On The Pipe Co is just one more way she’s living that out loud.
